CalFin Prep FL300 DA is a silicated liquid cleaning concentrate formulated with detergents, alkalies, wetting agents, and complexors for industrial metal cleaning applications. When combined with liquid caustic soda, it can be used as a soak cleaner or anodic electrocleaner. The formulation is designed to remove sulfonated oils, drawing compounds, lubricants, rustproofing oils, and other soils from steel parts at relatively low temperatures. It also supports anodic low-voltage electro cleaning of copper and copper alloys. A fine-textured foam blanket helps contain the cleaning solution and reduce airborne mist during operation.
