PROPYLENE GLYCOL Inhibited
Ready-to-use inhibited propylene glycol for reliable closed-loop cooling and heat transfer
Inhibited Propylene Glycol 40/60 is a ready-to-use aqueous heat-transfer fluid containing 40% v/v propylene glycol in deionized water and a hybrid OAT (organic-acid technology) corrosion inhibitor package. It is supplied as a clear, colorless liquid and provides freeze protection to ≤ -22°C and burst protection to ≤ -38°C. The formulation is designed for closed-loop heat-transfer applications where corrosion control and reliable thermal performance are important, including HVAC chillers, hydronic systems, secondary-loop food and beverage cooling, data-center liquid cooling, and glycol-charged process cooling.
